Co-Chair
Please nominate 2 maximum. The two Co-Chairs are responsible for the overall direction of DDCSV activities and serve as the spokespersons for DDCSV. One of the Co-Chairs, as agreed to between them, chairs each meeting of the members and of the Steering Committee.

Recording Secretary
Please nominate a maximum of one candidate. The Recording Secretary records and keeps minutes of member and steering committee meetings and maintains all club records, conducts internal elections, and works closely with the corresponding secretary, and ensures proper notification of meetings.

Corresponding Secretary
Each member may nominate a maximum of one candidate. The Corresponding Secretary is responsible for correspondences on behalf of the club, ensures sending of the minutes and notices of member meetings to members, and works closely with the Recording Secretary.

Treasurer
Each member may nominate a maximum of one candidate for this office. The Treasurer maintains all financial records and accountsof DDCSV in compliance with applicable law; receives and disburses all member dues and other funds of DDCSV, keeping an accurate record of all receipts and disbursements and files any finance reports required by laws or regulations.

At-large Officers
Please nominate a maximum of 2 candidates. The at-large officers will assist the other officers as appropriate and collaborate with them in furthering the purposes of DDCSV.
